About Faye Counseling
Faye Hedayati is a Mental Health Counselor with a passion to help people heal from emotional problems.
She believes that since people have different personalities and life experiences, one counseling method cannot work for everyone, therefore her approach is eclectic.
She has a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and is trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brain Spotting, and Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT). She carefully considers each client’s specific circumstances to decide which methodology would be most effective.
Faye has lived in many countries including US, Australia, China, Hong Kong, Israel, Sri Lanka, and Iran, and traveled to many more. She sees the world as one country and mankind its citizens. She believes that regardless of where people come from, they all experience the same emotions and all deserve to be free of emotional pain and baggage. Faye welcomes clients of all backgrounds.
